I am a Reiki Teacher in Manchester and one of the few traditionally trained Reiki Masters in the UK who have been trained by international best-selling Reiki author Penelope Quest. My teaching methods use traditional Reiki techniques perfected over many years and you can be assured of my support during and after your course. An interactive course guiding you through the ins and outs of the 12 lead electrocardiogram (ECG). Starting with an introduction to cardiac anatomy, physiology and the electrical conduction system, we will guide delegates through how to perform a 12 lead ECG correctly and how to begin its interpretation. Using real-life examples you’ll learn the important aspects of atrial arrhythmias, heart blocks, bundle branch blocks, ventricular arrhythmias in addition to changes that occur during myocardial infarction, ischaemia and electrolyte imbalances. The course will be provided by Cardiac Physiologists and Cardiac Clinical Scientists from Manchester University Foundation Trust - one of the largest tertiary cardiac centres in the UK.

A full day pottery experience in our studio in Golborne, nr Warrington, Cheshire. This pottery workshop is suitable for complete beginners. Using imprinted details into the clay you will create your own serving board, perfect for charcuterie, cheese or your favourite nibbles. Along side a matching tapas bowl to add extra treats! This will be a lovely relaxed workshop, perfectly suited for beginner potters. Your tutor will guide you through step by step to create your beautiful pieces. There will be a choice of imprinting tools and materials to personalise your piece. Finally you will have a choice of four glaze colours the tutor will complete your work after the bisque firing. Pieces will be ready to collect 3/4 weeks after the workshop.
