By moving the 5 stages and the 13 joints and all associated muscle groups in a kind loving way we can tap into &ldquo;our true selves" It is truly an uplifting practise that you just have to try once in your life.​
Our woodland art space is nestled within the woodland beyond the lake on the Birtley Estate in Bramley, a beautiful Surrey Hills location, so picturesque with its lakes and gardens and woodland walks and not surprisingly it is classified as an "AONB" an area of outstanding natural beauty!
Feel free to explore the woodlands and lakes before or after the event.
​We will finish with a beautiful yoga nidra and short head massage to help completely relax you, you will go home with a little sample of the oil chosen to match our intention and season. We will mindfully walk around the space to the fire and enjoy time as women to talk about our experience and get to know one another​
