During this conditioning class, she draws on all her experience, including elements of floor barre, pilates, gyrokinesis, yoga and meditation. The class offers a chance to nurture body and mind through movement. We’ll begin with a breath work practice to flush out negativity and toxins, leaving you ready for a series of conditioning exercises — designed to tone the body and regulate the nervous system. The class concludes with a short meditation, helping you to meet strength with softness and awareness

Open to clergy in active ministry, this workshop is funded by the Clergy Support Trust. In the company of an expert faith-informed facilitator, this training will explore the specific ministry context, and develop the skills participants need to deal with conflict in the best way. Participants will: Discover how conflict often arises and how it can be resolved Understand the principles of building a healthy team Recognise how past life experiences can impact working relationships Develop listening skills to support team relations Gain confidence in having difficult conversations. Participants will also learn that a healthy team is not absent of conflict, but rather one that is able to address conflict when it arises, and find creative, constructive ways to move forward together.

Our purpose is to ensure that people of all ages, especially young people aged 12-35, are able to acquire the social and emotional benefits of creative music-making and multimedia activities. We work especially with those suffering from loneliness and isolation; communities disproportionately affected by the health crisis; and schoolchildren who are suffering from social isolation that sadly prevents them from achieving their potential.
Join us for an interactive food workshop giving practical advice and support for the body’s transition during peri-menopause and menopause. We will discuss menopause-related nutrition, focus on foods rich in calcium and vitamin D to support bone health, and emphasise the food groups that ensure a high intake of vitamins, minerals, and fibre We will also look at how to include whole grains to promote heart health, which is particularly important as the risk of heart disease increases after menopause and discuss the benefits of soy and soy products, as they contain phytoestrogens, which may help balance hormones.
