A Four week course held on a Tuesday evening from 7.00pm until 8.30pm. A deposit of £10 paid online secures your place and thereafter £10 payable in person on the four following Tuesday evenings (£50 in total) A fantastic opportunity to learn the symbolic lessons of Health & Wellbeing taught and practiced by the native Americans and our Druid ancestors. 1st week- we will be connecting with the element of Air and our spiritual aspects. 2nd week- we will be connecting with the element of Fire and our physical body and nutrition. 3rd week- we will be connecting with the element of Water, it's healing modalities and how it connects us all and the emotional aspect of self. 4th week- we will connect with the element of Earth and the aspect of mentality. We will discover a powerful method of using our mind to rebuild our emotions our physicality and our spiritual connection.
Holistic Facial Training This professional 1-day Holistic Facial course is designed to teach you how to give a luxury holistic facial treatment and massage.
