We offer a range of courses for First Aid, Environmental Causes and Scuba Diving.    Our First Aid Courses (Emergency First Response) follow the latest guidelines from ILCOR (International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation). Courses are delivered with presentations, videos, skill demonstrations (where applicable) followed by skill practice by the student (where applicable). Some course will have home study in them also. Our First aid and Oxygen Administrator courses are a delivered in a structured way, building a foundation and build on the knowledge learned from previous modules.    At the end of the course* the student will get a certification card from one of the leading diver training agencies with over 50 years of teaching experience behind it. Don't be put off though most of our courses are designed for non-Divers as well.  We don't just stop after qualification; we are an active resource for our students by offering a student login*. As long as you have taken a qualifying course within the last 2 years you gain access to the student login area and have access to documents and videos relevant to your qualification. I continued (just) to work full time, supporting vulnerable client groups, with 2 small children for many years until the opportunity arose to take redundancy. I have since retrained as a Breastfeeding Counsellor, Postnatal Practitioner and Baby Massage Practitioner - BA (Hons) Birth and Beyond Educator with the NCT. I am passionate about supporting families to adapt to their new lives and create a community of support around them.

I started my working career as a Dental Nurse, and after 20 years was approached by a patient to join her as a Teaching Assistant in a high school. Having raised 7 children I gave this much thought and eventually went for an interview, where I was successful. I enjoyed supporting youngsters in a high school setting as part of the Expanded School Mental Health team, before progressing to become a Learning Mentor at a local primary school. This role meant I had more contact with the families of the students and was able to support the whole family unit.
