Once you join one of our group classes at the studio you will participate in the warm-up, class and cool down. You will be able to hear the instructor and the class however the instructor will not be able to interact with you. This is purely a watch and learn class.
Details *30 min class* Stretch & De-stress will use techniques from Pilates and Yoga and will focus on strength and stretch in a calm environment. Using exercises for spinal mobility and core stability as well as working on those areas affected by modern life. Classes are done via Facebook Live in a closed group so you can join live or replay (as many times as you like) at a time that suits you. Instructions Find a clear and adequate space in your home with suitable flooring. Wear comfortable clothing and have water nearby. This class is suitable for all ages and abilities but please make sure you work within your own limits and what is safe for you. By joining in these online sessions you are doing so at your own risk.
