Stretch & De-stress will use techniques from Pilates and Yoga and will focus on strength and stretch in a calm environment. Using exercises for spinal mobility and core stability as well as working on those areas affected by modern life.
Classes are done via Facebook Live in a closed group so you can join live or replay (as many times as you like) at a time that suits you.
Instructions
Find a clear and adequate space in your home with suitable flooring. Wear comfortable clothing and have water nearby.
This class is suitable for all ages and abilities but please make sure you work within your own limits and what is safe for you.
