Anger is such a universal and powerful emotion that can make you physically and emotionally ill, sap your energy, and poison your relationships or it can motivate you to make needed changes and add vitality to your life. This training program aims to help you adopt a more constructive attitude towards your anger and to more effectively manage anger in others as well. Course outcomes
The MHFA Refresher course takes four hours to complete and will enable learners to: 
Keep their knowledge, awareness, and skills of mental health support current
Update their knowledge of mental health and what influences it
Practice applying the Mental Health First Aid action plan
Once you have completed your MHFA Refresher course, you will be certified for three years. You will also be invited to become or stay a member of MHFA England's Association of Mental Health First Aiders, making sure you have everything you need to feel confident when supporting others.


Completed a different mental health first aid course, you can still complete this refresher to maintain your MHFAider status
As part of the MHFA vision to improve the mental health of the nation, we are now able to accept other Level 3 qualifications from other providers as entry points for this course.

With fiction, Daisy's wishlist roughly falls into three categories – if something feels like it overlaps between them, even better!

You might want to share some ideas with others, find out what others are up to, make connections and explore possible collaborations. Maybe you're feeling isolated (easy in this role!) and just fancy some EP company and connection. We will offer some prompts for your chats and do our best to reduce any awkwardness and make it fun and friendly!
