Emergency Paediatric First Aid delivered by healthcare professionals - Educating through Experience

In this Training we look at how to: Create a culture of Belonging from a team members very first day. How to create a diverse environment to help everybody connect. How to keep everybody connected when team members change.

This 2 - 2-5 hour course is designed is designed to provide parents and carers with the opportunity to: Develop the basic skills and knowledge needed to deal with a wide range of emergency paediatric First Aid situations, which could arise when looking after babies and children. The course can take place in in a community group or in the comfort of your home, with family and friends who maybe caring for your child or they may have children of their own. The course can be booked during the week, week nights or weekends, with or without children present. The idea is to bring the skills and knowledge to you, in your normal routine.

We look at 4 key areas on how to build successful teams in our Early Years environments. Managing the People, looking at personality types. Setting the Envrironment using Maslows Hierarchy of needs for staff. Solving the Problems in teams. Encouraging the Performance.

The programme is delivered individually for maximum impact either face to face or virtually depending on the location The trainer has 24 years experience of managing teams of people in the early years and can relate to the busy, challenging emotional environments that Early Years Leaders work in. Each session is 1.5hrs.
