Based on the book 'Sleep Recovery' by Lisa Sanfilippo, we will work through the 5 steps towards recovering your rest - with a mixture of discussion/information and techniques, tools and practices to assist a better night's sleep.
This will be a gentle class to relax tension in the body and calm the nervous system. We will go through elements of the Simple Sleep Sequence created by Lisa Sanfilippo, as well as restorative poses and techniques from the Sleep Recovery™ toolkit. This is suitable for all levels.
