The course will run on five consecutive Mondays from 7:30pm - 8:45pm. Based on the book 'Sleep Recovery' by Lisa Sanfilippo, we will work through the 5 steps towards recovering your rest by identifying your sleep type, dealing with sleep saboteurs and learning about the science of sleep. The course will be a mixture of discussion/information, yoga practices and meditation techniques. This is suitable for beginners and those new to yoga.
