In this training we explore how to create teamwork by;
Creating a culture of Belonging from a team members very first day.
How to create a diverse environment.
How to keep everybody connected when team members change.
The first session of this course last 1hr and then a follow up session for 30 minutes within 3 weeks of first session.
We deliver this session on a one to one virtual platform or face to face. We can deliver to small groups but please contact us separately for costings.
This specific course is for training one person at a time.
