In our Mummy Morning it will be very easy going with an option to take part in gentle core exercises to slowly strengthen our core and pelvic floors which is vital after birth, but not only that, we work on the whole of our bodies. Our bodies go through so much from carrying our little ones but the process during and after impacts our precious bodies, so we need to look after them. Mind, body and soul :)
This class is a great strength building workout with a boost of high intense training for just 30 minutes of physical fitness, great improver to build up your strength for your next pole stages, or for other sports activities.
