Lastly, as Agile is looked upon more frequently as an alternative delivery method, you will review situations where Agile can be adapted outside of software development, where it is most commonly used. This year, we will be hosting our summer school Monday 31st July-Friday 4th August, 9am-4pm at our studio: GDA, Unit 16 Paper Mill End, B44 8NH. Each day, children will participate in a range of performing arts, including dancing, singing, drama and arts and crafts all around the theme of Roald Dahl's Matilda. We hope to put on a mini performance on the Friday afternoon which parents are invited to watch. This is open to ALL CHILDREN aged 6-13 years. The cost to members is £25 per day or £90 for all 5 days. Children should wear their own comfortable clothing and can either bring a packed lunch or pre-order a hot dinner for £2. Hot food must be requested at least 7 days prior to the summer school starting and will vary each day but be items such as pizza and chips / burger and chips / jacket potatoes etc. Places will be limited but, going by previous years, extremely popular. To secure a place, please contact us clearly stating which date/s you would like. Individual days must be paid in full at time of booking. If you would like to do all 5 days, we request 50% at time of booking with the balance due 14th July.

This face to face training course delivered by experienced healthcare professionals arms care and support staff with the necessary knowledge, skills and confidence to identify individuals at risk of sepsis, recognise its early signs, and escalate care effectively when they suspect sepsis. With our CQC compliant course, you'll be better prepared to help those at risk. Learners will receive an NR Medical Training/UK Sepsis Trust certificate which is valid for 1 year and a summary of elements covered throughout the course.

The Pass Plus Scheme is not a test, it is an evaluation by your instructor who, when satisfied that you are competent in each of the above types of driving situation will issue a pass plus certificate.

We are proud as a training organisation to be able to deliver this course in small groups. We only allow a maximum of 5 learners to attend this course as this ensures learners receive the support they require and plenty of hands on opportunity to learn this healthcare skill. This training course is delivered by Healthcare Professionals with many years of on-the-job experience and who can guide you through the theoretical and practical elements of this essential healthcare skill, and answer any questions that may arise during your training.

Can be run as a one day or two day course. Whereas the one day course concentrates on Speaking Skills in delivering a talk and allows time for participants to prepare and deliver a very short talk, the two day course offers the opportunity for participants to deliver a longer (15 minute) talk and includes consideration of other situations where speaking skills are important such as talking in meetings, talking at interviews etc.

This one day course provides an excellent introduction to managing and supervising volunteers covering the skills, paperwork and processes needed to recruit, induct and support them. The course can be expanded to run as a series of half day sessions and can also be adapted to the specific needs of organisations who would like the session to be run in-house.
