Assessment
For each module you study, you will complete a written assignment of 1500-2000 words and submit it online at your MyLearnDirect learning portal. The submitted assignments will be assessed by your ILM-approved tutor.
Entry Requirements
ILM Level 2 Diploma in Team Leading is designed for new aspiring team leaders, which gives an in-depth introduction to the role and responsibilities of a team leader. To be eligible for this course, you must:
Be 18 years of age and over
Be new to a team leader role or have some experience in team leading or similar job role.
