The VTCT Skills Level 3 Diploma in Beauty Therapy Treatments is a course that has been specifically designed to develop your practical beauty therapy skills such as; face and body electrotherapy and body massage. To further enhance your practical skills you will have the opportunity to choose from the following practical units; providing massage using pre-blended aromatherapy oils, electrical epilation, individual permanent lashes, intimate waxing, spray tan and how to apply self-tan products, and nail enhancements. Within this qualification you will develop a sound knowledge of health and safety, client care and communication and you can also choose to learn about IT and data handling and contributing to the effective running of a beauty therapy business. You will also develop an underpinning knowledge and understanding of the practical skills learned throughout this qualification. The purpose of this qualification is to develop your skills as a beauty therapist to enable you to provide beauty therapy treatments.

The VTCT Level 3 Certificate in Swedish Massage is a substantial vocational qualification that will prepare you for a career as a beauty (Swedish massage) therapist. This qualification is designed for learners aged 16 years or over and will support you to gain employment as a beauty (Swedish massage) therapist as the units contained in this qualification cover all the skills and knowledge required for this role. Entry onto this qualification can be via previous attainment of a Level 2 qualification in beauty therapy and/or a successful skills test and interview. This is a vocational qualification and includes all the required elements to work effectively as a beauty massage therapist including, units covering the following: providing body massage, health and safety, anatomy and physiology and client care. Throughout this qualification you will develop your knowledge and understanding of relevant anatomy and physiology, health and safety, and client care. You will develop a range of technical skills enabling you to provide relaxing massage treatments using classical Swedish massage movements. You will also develop interpersonal skills that will assist you to communicate effectively with clients.

The VTCT Level 3 Certificate in Stone Therapy Massage is a substantial vocational qualification that will prepare you for a career as a stone therapy massage specialist. This qualification is designed for learners aged 16 years or over and will support you to gain employment as a stone therapy massage specialist, as the units contained in this qualification cover all the skills and knowledge required for this role. Entry onto this qualification can be via previous attainment of a Level 2 qualification in beauty or complementary therapy and/or a successful skills test and interview. This is a vocational qualification and includes all the required elements to work effectively as a stone therapy massage specialist including, three mandatory units covering the following: applying stone massage therapy, health and safety and client care. Throughout this qualification you will develop your knowledge and understanding of relevant anatomy and physiology, health and safety, client care and massage products. You will also develop a range of technical skills enabling you to prepare the body, use a stone heater and place stones and provide relaxing massage treatments using basalt stones and a variety of techniques. You will also develop interpersonal skills that will assist you to communicate effectively with clients.

Our Level 3 Certificate in Thai Massage is a qualification specifically designed to develop your practical skills in providing relaxing and stress-relieving body massage treatments. Underpinning this qualification you will create a sound knowledge of health and safety, client care and communication. You will also develop a knowledge and understanding of the practical skills learned throughout this qualification, such as anatomy and physiology. The purpose of this qualification is to develop your skills in providing body massage treatments to a high level of occupational ability, to enable you to provide your services for clients.

The VTCT Skills Level 3 Award in Lash Extensions is a qualification that has been specifically designed to develop your practical skills in; how to apply individual permanent lashes. Underpinning this qualification you will develop a sound knowledge of health and safety practice in a salon environment, and how to promote client care and communication in beauty related industries. You will also develop an underpinning knowledge and understanding of the practical skills learned throughout this qualification. The purpose of this qualification is to develop your skills in beauty therapy to a high level of occupational ability, to enable you to perform your own salon services.
