With a background rooted in yoga and naturopathy studies in India, I'm passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga and mindfulness. Drawing from the wisdom of Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga traditions, we have a tapestry of mindful movement, breathwork, postures, (asanas), meditation, and relaxation techniques.
