With a background rooted in yoga and naturopathy studies in India, I'm passionate about sharing the transformative power of yoga and mindfulness. Drawing from the wisdom of Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga traditions, we have a tapestry of mindful movement, breathwork, postures, (asanas), meditation, and relaxation techniques. This holistic approach cultivates peace, strength, and awareness on both on and off the mat. At Roots, we believe yoga is a transformative tool for a happier, healthier you.
