This class is ideal for those who are looking for a gentle mindful approach to yoga whether a beginner or more experienced. These classes will include gentle yoga postures, joint freeing movements, breathing and mindfulness practices as well as short guided meditations where you are encouraged to lie down (or sit in a chair if you wish)
Whilst an ability to get up from and down to the floor is helpful, all the practices can also be done whilst sitting in a chair. The class will be structured around the needs of those who attend.
Occasionally I may teach most of the class as chair yoga, where everyone is sat on a chair.
