A Four week course held on a Tuesday evening from 6.00pm until 9.00pm. A deposit of £15 paid online secures your place and thereafter £15 payable in person on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd Tuesday evenings (£60 in total) This course will be a amalgamation of 25 years experience of physical healing. Nutritionally, we will be looking at the foods that make us ill and the foods that heal us, the toxicity that burden our health and wellbeing and how to expel them. Who would benefit from this? Those with low energetic levels, inflammatory disorders, rheumatoid and osteoarthritis, type 2 diabetes, cancer and post cancer, IBS and Crohn's etc and those who have a true desire to seek an alternative to allopathic medicine. A fantastic opportunity to learn the symbolic lessons of Health & Wellbeing taught and practiced by the native Americans and our Druid ancestors. 1st week- we will be connecting with the element of Air and our spiritual aspects. 2nd week- we will be connecting with the element of Fire and our physical body and nutrition. 3rd week- we will be connecting with the element of Water, it's healing modalities and how it connects us all and the emotional aspect of self. 4th week- we will connect with the element of Earth and the aspect of mentality. We will discover a powerful method of using our mind to rebuild our emotions our physicality and our spiritual connection.
Mindfulness is a practical technique for developing a greater sense of awareness and focus on the present moment. This workshop will help you to understand the basic principles and benefits of mindfulness, and how it can be used in the workplace setting. It will also enable you to develop techniques to alleviate overwhelming feelings of stress or anxiety, prepare for important or challenging meetings, and generally achieve a greater sense of focus, clarity and calm whilst dealing with a hectic schedule.
