Each session will be 90 minutes long In our Mummy Morning it will be very easy going  with an option to take part in gentle core exercises to slowly strengthen our core and pelvic floors which is vital after birth, but not only that, we work on the whole of our bodies.  Our bodies go through so much from carrying our little ones but the process during and after impacts our precious bodies, so we need to look after them.  Mind, body and soul :)

Nei Gong Foundations course - a weekend introduction to the ancient Daoist internal arts

This class is a great strength building workout with a boost of high intense training for just 30 minutes of physical fitness, great improver to build up your strength for your next pole stages, or for other sports activities.

Pole jams run at the same time that another class is running at the other end of the studio.  Class/course members receive priority over poles (due to paying a higher rate) so you may be required to share a pole with another jammer if we are busy, however most of the time you should have a pole to yourself.

We provide elite tennis coaching to people of all ages (5 years+) and levels, ranging from complete beginners to national tournament players. Unlike other academies, our ethos is to deliver both performance and fun during the process. Between 5-8years, our mission is to improve fundamentals of movements (ABCs: Agility, Balance and Coordination), grow their love and confidence for the game and develop their technique. Adults learn the fundamental movement patterns and grow their technique of strokes progressively, as well as maximize their understanding of the game. As a Sport Psychology professional, sessions are tailored to the individuals personal requirements and no matter your your level, we guarantee results from your first lesson! Baby Squids Basingstoke Hospital We have baby swimming lessons in Basingstoke available from our fantastic Hydrotherapy Pool located within Basingstoke and North Hampshire Hospital. Our Basingstoke baby swimming lessons can easily be accessed from Basingstoke, Sherborne St John, Tadley, Bramley, Old Basing and other surrounding villages.
