And suspecting it could be the latter, then when is it the right time to start to feel confident about moving more...and gradually starting to exercise? That requires careful 1:1 guidance via my coaching service. This webinar is primarily for those who are in the first 6 months of tackling a fatigue-related health challenge, or those who have been dealing with it for longer than that but haven’t yet received any helpful advice.
