The Level 1 is a nine months programme scheduled across one year. It is offered online via Zoom, over weekends, 10am - 4.30pm. Integration time is often included within the programme to allow individual space and extra exploration of the practices. The groups are kept small to offer individual attention and support. The course also includes some recordings of teachings and journeys. Through the years, I noticed how important is to anchor the shamanic path in our daily life. The recordings will offer a tool and reminder of the importance of your commitment and dedication to this work.

These sessions are suitable for complete beginners, through to higher level students who require practise or a polish-up of their skills.&nbsp;The tutor will support students at every level. You are welcome to suggest topics of interest but as a rough guide -Beginners will focus on: Fingerspelling, basic introductions, giving and receiving personal information in simple conversations.Beginner plus will focus on: building a sign vocabulary in topics such as; people, colours, places, transport and weather.Improvers will focus on: expanding their vocabulary and incorporating BSL structure such as; word order and placement within their signing.Higher level students may want to pick their own topics or work on areas of their signing they need to improve.Each session will last a total of 60 minutes online.&nbsp;These are single sessions for BSL students of any level who&nbsp;would like to progress at their own speed. They are taught by a fully qualified hearing tutor.Unit completion&nbsp;certificates can be offered if required.

SOUL WRITING FOR CREATIVITY
Have you ever wanted to explore your creative side more or dive deeper into your imagination? Perhaps you wanted to write a song or poem for someone and didn't know where to start? Maybe you have dreams of starting an online blog or writing a book and want to begin exploring your imagination using words, imagery and senses.
Soul Writing for Creativity uses different kinds of writing exercises to discover and release our creative voice. We all have access to it but perhaps we were never taught how. We play with different tools, prompts and techniques. This is not a conventional writing class on craft or style. This is about enjoying yourself and firing up your amazing imagination.
Soul Writing is for everyone, for seasoned writers and beginners alike. It does not require us to be experts in spelling and grammar. It does not require us to be poets. It helps us to find an inner flow of thoughts and words that we previously thought we may have lacked.
Soul Writing points to the natural creative being that lives within all of us. It is a sharing process, conducted within a group workshop format. Many people have found the Soul Writing process to be unique, refreshing and easy to access. We are learning to ‘unthink’, ‘unplan’ and ‘undo’ the barriers that stand in the way of our writing voice, creative soul and unlimited spirit.
TICKETS
Everyone is welcome. Tickets are sold on a sliding scale and donation basis. It helps to make the classes available to everyone. If you can afford to pay the higher price, it helps to subsidise the tickets for those on a lower income.

Matt Rivers is a long-time student of creativity, consciousness and spirituality. As a writer, he released his debut non-fiction title, 'Note to Self: Writing to Reveal Your Soul' in 2020. He has had numerous poems published in anthologies and writes a regular blog. 
He is an intuitive healer, trained in Munay Ki, Emotional Alchemy, yoga and meditation and has graduated as a Reiki Master. Beginners & Beyond Crochet-Along | Rosebud Card Case

Learning to crochet in the round is essential for all sorts of crochet projects - amigurumi, softies, hats, bags, granny squares . . . I won't pretend it's easy, but it's not as tricky as you might think! 
The 3 bears will be a fun introduction to the principles of crocheting continuously in the round. We'll look at magic rings, even increasing and the single crochet stitch (US terms). We'll also have a little go at other ways to crochet in the round, try some join-as-you-go and creating fancy edging using the single crochet stitch in reverse (crab stitch). 
Depending on your ability you can join me for Week 1 then finish off in your own time, or you can come back for seconds and we can finish off together the following week.

Learning to crochet in the round is essential for all sorts of crochet projects - amigurumi, softies, hats, bags, granny squares . . . I won't pretend it's easy, but it's not as tricky as you might think! 
The 3 bears will be a fun introduction to the principles of crocheting continuously in the round. We'll look at magic rings, even increasing and the single crochet stitch (US terms). We'll also have a little go at other ways to crochet in the round, try some join-as-you-go and creating fancy edging using the single crochet stitch in reverse (crab stitch). 
Depending on your ability you can join me for Week 1 then finish off in your own time, or you can come back for seconds and we can finish off together the following week.

Hand making for any occasion is always special and with Easter just around the corner we&rsquo;re getting a little head start on the Easter Bunny with these fun and colourful Birdy Easter Egg Cosies. They&rsquo;re designed to fit a mini chocolate egg, like a Creme Egg, but after Easter could be used as a real egg cosy. 
There are 3 birdy options depending on your crochet ability:

All 3 birds will give you an introduction to magic rings, crochet in the round, single, half and double crochet, increasing and decreasing (US terms). You’ll also learn the art of crocheted puffs and how to use the 3 stitches to make add-on wings. 
This workshop takes place via Zoom and you will need to have access to the materials listed below to crochet-along. Great for absolute beginners just getting started, adventurous beginners looking to develop their crochet quickly, but also fab for refreshing forgotten skills or if you just fancy having a go. Classes are kept small so it's not too overwhelming and everyone gets plenty attention and the opportunity to ask questions.

What is the AM2 assessment? The AM2 assessment is an industry recognised trade test designed to evidence that candidates have gained all relevant and safety-critical competencies during their training process. It provides a single standard that has been agreed upon by employers within the electrical industry, giving a reliable and trusted guarantee of safe, high-quality skills for the electrotechnical industry. Who is this for? This is aimed at apprentices who are coming to the end of their training for the JIB apprentice training scheme and the Installation of modern apprenticeships. This course is also for experienced electricians, specifically those who are looking at taking the experienced worker route (AM2E.) There are a range of assessments for candidates based on their level: AM2 – This is for candidates undertaking the JIB mature candidate assessments and those following the level three NVQ who isn’t an apprentice. AM2S – This is for electrotechnical apprentices who are training against the apprenticeship standard AM2E – This is for experienced workers who are completing the experienced worker assessment. Please note: this can only be taken once you have gained the experienced worker qualification, proof must be provided before booking the AM2 assessment. What does this assessment consist of? Overall, the AM2 is an in-depth assessment carrying out tasks to show what you have learnt on your training. It is a practical assessment with five sections (six for AM2E and AM2S) and a short online component. Candidates will be expected to install, connect, terminate, inspect, test, commission and diagnose faults, following installation specifications provided and any relevant statutory and non-statutory regulations on: A three-phase distribution board and subcircuit A central heating/sustainable energy system Lighting and power circuits A data cabling system A safety services circuit and device Installation of containment systems (AM2E and AM2S only) Candidates will complete timed tasks in equipped areas that contain typical electrical installation wiring systems – all work must comply with BS7671 Wiring Regulations, industry best practice, and meet the requirements of relevant health and safety legislation. The assessment will be carried out in strict exam conditions across 2.5 days. Do I need an AM2 certificate to work as an electrician? Apprentices must pass their AM2 test in their final year to complete their apprenticeship. Also, if the apprenticeship standard is not being followed, an AM2 certificate and a level three NVQ is required to gain a gold card. If you are already working as an electrician, you will not need an AM2 certificate. If you are training to be an electrician and are registering for your NVQ level three in Electrical Installation or Maintenance, the electrotechnical diploma now includes the AM2. The AM2 certification is an industry recognised and something that many employers will actively seek when hiring new staff. It can also be attractive to potential customers.
