You have 2 options here: Emergency Paediatric First Aid (EPFA) is a 1 day course designed to prepere you for worst case scenarios with children and babies. 1 day face to face 9am untill 4pm Paediatric First Aid Blended (PFAB) is a 2 day course covering everything from EPFA above and adding on a range of additional conditions and injuries you may need to deal with when caring for children. 2 days, 1 online in your own time and 1 classroom day 9am to 5.15 pm First Aid Training is a relaxed and enjoyable day, assessment will not be stressful, we aim to help you learn and support you to get what you need from the day. There are some practical and some multiple choice assessments for First Aid qualifications. First Aid can be quite physical, you will need to be able to kneel on the floor to perform CPR and recovery position.

Target Audience This course is designed for business professionals who are responsible for delivering training in the workplace or wish to establish a career training delivery. Note that it is logically paired to The Art of Facilitation - attend both for a total facilitation and training delivery uplift. This first aid course is ideal for primary and nursery school teachers, child minders and child careers. Learn how to manage emergency situations or minor everyday occurrences when looking after infants through to teenagers. Qualification meets the criteria defined for first aid training in the Early Years Foundation Stage Statutory Framework (EYFS) and Ofsted first aid requirements for registered childminders. It can also be used as evidence for employees working towards an NVQ in Childcare and Education. Learners must be at least 14 years old on the first day of training and be able to perform tasks at floor level. There are no other formal entry requirements but we strongly recommend that Learners have a minimum of Level 1 in literacy and numeracy or equivalent.

Anyone who operates or intends to be operating lorry mounted cranes (sometimes referred to as HIAB’s) should undertake training as is required by the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998. This course is made to suit novice operators, and are designed to ensure the efficient and safe operation of equipment. HIAB is really a brand name and the correct term for the equipment is ‘lorry mounted crane’ or ‘lorry loader crane’ (when mounted to a commercial vehicle). Other manufacturers of these types of cranes include Atlas, Cormach, Fassi, HMF, Hyva, Palfinger, Penny Hydraulics and PM. Which Industries Train with ALLMI?
