The Wellbeing Ambassador Programme is our comprehensive wellbeing training for leaders. It is based on evidence-based positive psychology research to help those who lead others to confidently support wellbeing.

Reboot your body and mind with this full day retreat at the Sunhouse, combining Qigong, the Wim Hof Method of breathwork and cold exposure. We are really excited to announce another full, fun, restorative day retreat at the Sunhouse combining Qigong meditative movement, Breathwork, The Wim Hof Method including a full ice bath experience. We will then immerse ourselves in the immense power of our breath, learning the Wim Hof Method with Gus, and how to introduce it into our daily lives.  After a delicious organic lunch Gus will expertly guide us to face our fears with a full controlled ice bath immersion, stimulating our internal power, helping to reset our nervous system and make stress and anxiety a thing of the past! Level 2 Workshop (F2F) Level 2 training builds on the knowledge you gained in Level 1 training. Content Level 2 training provides a practical learning session on how apply the Makaton Language Programme. The Level 2 Workshop builds on topics learnt from Level 1 training including; people, food, activities, objects and events. New vocabulary will also be introduced which is ideal for the school environment and work places. You will begin to learn more abstract concepts such as spatial locations, attributes, pronouns and actions. Duration Face to face workshops comprise of a minimum of six and a half learning hours. Workshops generally will take place over a full day of training. Deliver method: Venue based Accessibility Please raise if you have any challenges or additional needs, so reasonable adjustments can be made to support your learning and participation. Entry criteria Participants must have attended Level 1 training. Study materials you will receive a Participant's Manual, which includes the Makaton symbols and signs that you learn in the workshop. You will also be given a certificate of attendance. Please remember to keep your Level 2 training certificate in case you want to attend further Makaton training. Next step After completing Level 2 training you can continue on your Makaton journey by attending Level 3 training. Become a Makaton Trainer: Completing the Level 2 Workshop enables you the opportunity to train to become a Makaton Signing for Babies and Families Trainer.
