The one-day Emergency First Aid at Work qualification will teach you how to deal with emergency situations, administer general first aid treatment and is designed for people who wish to be appointed as a designated first aider in the workplace. The course is ideal for those that are required to hold a first aid qualification but don’t require the more comprehensive First Aid at Work qualification, and covers all the main workplace first aid situations you may need to deal with, including: managing an unresponsive casualty, CPR, choking, shock, bleeding and wounds, along with other minor injuries.

Puppy training classes and dog training classes are suitable for general dog training and relationship building. Classes are run in line with the IMDT (Institute of Modern Dog Traioners) code of ethics, and training techniques are based upon positive reinforcement, using dog treats or dog toys and play as rewards for completing the actions we ask the puppy or dog to complete.    Classes will be limited to 6 people, to ensure I can circulate and provide individual feedback relevant to your puppy or dog training. We will teach foundation behaviours, with the benefit of being in a dog training class environment, which relies on your dog working around the distraction of other dogs. Classes will also teach you to effectively communicate with your dog and give you the skills to practice outside of classes and implement the training in your every day life, in a rage of environments. In this class we will talk about different kinds of wadding and will learn about the quilting together of all the layers with either straight lines or freemotion stitching. Then we will learn to bind our mini quilts (bring the mini quilt tops we created in earlier classes, or bring your own) Wadding and thread all included in the price, as well as a copy of my In Stitches sewing handbook. Hydrodermabrasion Course *machine and other kit is not inlcuded. You will train using our equipment. What Is Hydrodermabrasion? This treatment is often mistaken for microdermabrasion, however, these two are different. Microdermabrasion is used to exfoliate your skin without any crystals, unlike microdermabrasion. The process is a lot more comfortable for your skin and is safe for sensitive skin as well. The course is divided into 2 parts, the first part is theoretical which you have to complete before you come for your practical training, and the second one is a practical assignment. The practical assignment is done on the day which will be agreed upon course purchase. You will spend around 2-3 hours practising on a model in our venue in London E106RA.
