The Jade Lady Waving is a kriyā (process) consisting of swaying, waving, and spiralling motions of the hand and arms, coordinated with the breath and driven by the power that lies deep within the lower abdominal region. It is used for harmonising the prānic force and directing it inward, where it can be cultivated for the more subtle practices of hatha yoga.
The Jade Lady is another name for the Kundalini Shakti.

Yoga Module 3 - Jade Lady Waving (1:1)

Master plant tinctures are sacred, natural extracts derived from powerful Amazonian plants, each carrying unique healing properties. 

Used traditionally in shamanic practices, these tinctures provide a gentle, yet profound way to heal, release emotional blockages, and restore physical vitality. 

When you purchase these tinctures, you're contributing to the preservation of indigenous traditions as the Medicine Woman who makes them donates 50% of the proceeds to the Shipibo community in Iquitos, the true guardians of these medicines. 

The medicine women who makes them, fasts for 2 days before preparing them to ensure there is no external energy influencing the tinctures. The tinctures are also buried with the plant they are made from for 2 weeks to help strengthen their essence. 

Instructions:
1. Dosage & Absorption
Empty Stomach for Optimal Absorption: Take your tincture on an empty stomach, ideally at least 30 minutes before eating or 2 hours after your last meal. This enhances absorption and allows the plant’s energy to work more directly.
Sublingual Method (Under the Tongue): Place the recommended number of drops directly under your tongue and hold them there for about 1-2 minutes before swallowing. This method allows the plant’s essence to enter your bloodstream more quickly and efficiently.
Swallowing & Following with Water: If needed, you can follow with a sip of water or herbal tea, but avoid strong flavours that might interfere with the plant’s subtle energy.

Dear all, 

As I'm sure may of you already pERceive, there is a strong energy of change in the air, brought in by the planetary alignment event, and I felt guided to hold the space for an attunement journey, to help us make the most out of these amazing energies.

This feels like a huge planetary timeline shift, which is why we will be working with TIME as a substance, engaging in a reality shifting alchemical process.

At the same time, it feels like the air is buzzing with information and I'll be opening a channel to bring in the information that Spirit feels to be relevant and beneficial to us collectively at this time.

THE SESSION
We'll journey within the REALMS OF TIME and we'll be working with the consciousness of the Planets in our Solar System, the Sun and the Moon, and we'll invite in the guidance of Pan, the God of Nature and of any Elemental Beings who wish to join us.

We'll be welcoming the Angels, our Higher Selves and the Planetary and Galactic Council of Light to join our journey.

Our work will also be supported by the IEC (interdimensional Energy Converter), which is a high vibration multidimensional device, working in the quantum field and bridging between spirituality and science, acting as a Gate of Consciousness, an experimental and experiential technology meant to increase the flow of Light in the heavier, denser dimensions.

DETAILS
The session will be held on Zoom, it will start at 3pm UTC (UK Time) on Saturday, 25.01.2025 and it will last for about 1.5 h. 

We'll start with a short talk, introducing the energies that we are going to work with and we'll follow up with a collective attunement, focussed on Light Language transmissions.
We'll also include a chanenlling part, with the intention of bringing in any messages that are relevant for the Collective at this time.

Setting workplace boundaries to improve your wellbeing

Many people struggle to set boundaries because of a niggling fear that they will be letting people down, upsetting authority or come across as difficult. But healthy boundaries are essential to look after our wellbeing and therefore our effectiveness at work.
