March Meditation

March Meditation is an introductory pre session to a new series: Inner Glow, Outer Flow beginning in April. This month, on Sunday 23rd March, we will be led in a guided meditation. Our brilliant guest therapist will help to bring awareness to each part of our body to start to release tension, quiet the mind, and restore balance; getting us present to our current mind/body/spirit posture. The cost of this session is £25 and for those in the Bitty ⭕️, this session is included in your membership. 🧡 The full 5 week course will be a powerful blend of introspective work, guided meditation, dance, yoga and movement, we will help unlock the radiant energy within and express it fully in the way we self talk, walk, move and show up in the world. Heart centred Qi-Gong with Emma Sunday 9th June 2024 10am-1pm Price: £40  Welcome to the Sunhouse for another blissful morning of Qi-Gong and meditation. In this summer session we will be exploring the FIRE element through heart centred Qi-Gong.  Imagine bare-feet on the grass, absorbing the morning sunlight on your skin, serenaded by the sounds of the forest and smells of fresh blossom filling the air. Let yourself be supported and grounded by nature all around us.  Emma will guide us through a gentle yet powerful Qi-Gong practice, a form of movement meditation helping to clear out energetic blockages so you can feel more connected with your deeper self.  In this summer session we will explore what is know as the three treasures; Jing (Essence), Qi (Energy), Shen (Mind-Spirit). We will begin with active dynamic Qi-Gong exercises working with our ‘Jing’ energy opening our physical body with tapping, self massage and stretches, we will then access the ‘Qi’ energetic level with a focus on our heart Qi through slow flowing movements and breathing practices. Outdoor sound journey & gong bath / all night puja’s & other special events

I occasionally organise one-off events such as outdoor sound journeys & gong baths in magical woodland locations, peaceful parks or on beautiful beaches. Sometimes under the stars with a fire. Any upcoming events like this will be listed HERE (Eventbrite). So be sure to check regularly.   I also occasionally organise all-night puja events. Guests are invited to bring comfy bedding and everything they need to spend a whole night sleeping to the subtle healing frequencies of gongs and other powerful healing instruments that continue throughout the whole night. These events will begin with a welcome ceremony, followed by a beautiful meditation session. After this, we all lay down, get comfortable, relax and slowly fall into a beautiful deep sleep. In the morning we gently awaken feeling refreshed, revitalised and re-energised. Any upcoming events like this will be listed here. So be sure to check regularly.
