In the morning, we will explore what it is to belong in our bodies, to connect with all the elements of life as they move through us. We will be working with movements inspired by the infinity symbol, also known as the "lemniscate" which have been used by healers for centuries to promote balance, and harmony. Christine will guide us to walk the 8 (lemniscate) and then move seamlessly into a deeply healing yoga nidra practice bringing the 8 into our bodies for total relaxation and integration.
