We will look at the dangers of burn out and vicarious trauma and how to to navigate and respond to this within the systems we work in. How do we: Stay safe Stay in our lane (and what is our lane working with emotional needs as educators and SLTs) Communicating relational work and showcasing it The language of interpersonal neurobiology Target setting for self and clients/ students Strategies to reduce imposture syndrome/ shape shifting. The course will be interactive with small group discussion and numbers are kept small to allow for this to be a safe container.
