Here's what you can expect: Beginner-Friendly: Ideal for beginners who may be unsure of their mileage capabilities or new to bodyweight exercises. We'll provide a supportive environment where you can comfortably complete the distance and learn the fundamentals of bodyweight training. I have combined my love of Africa and my passion for creating mosaics into a fun workshop where you will learn how to create a slim piece of art using African beads, colourful vibrant glass and slate chips. What to expect You will be shown how to prepare the base, mix your own adhesive and combine your materials using a range of techniques to create interest and texture. Who is this for? Suitable for beginners, however, those with some mosaic experience are also welcome to join.
