In addition, our Elite Squads offer focussed training for our most promising gymnasts, where their progress, health and fitness are constantly monitored, with training tailored to meet individual needs. Current squad members compete at Regional, National and International level. NGA has created progressive pathways within each of our disciplines, providing every individual with the opportunities to thrive, achieve and fulfil their own levels of potential.
