Equipment used - Lorry mounted cranes and Hook attachments. Who Would Do This Training? Anyone who operates or intends to be operating lorry mounted cranes (sometimes referred to as HIAB’s) should undertake training as is required by the Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998. This course is made to suit novice operators, and are designed to ensure the efficient and safe operation of equipment. HIAB is really a brand name and the correct term for the equipment is ‘lorry mounted crane’ or ‘lorry loader crane’ (when mounted to a commercial vehicle). Other manufacturers of these types of cranes include Atlas, Cormach, Fassi, HMF, Hyva, Palfinger, Penny Hydraulics and PM. Which Industries Train with ALLMI? The ALLMI Lorry Loader Course is recognised by CSCS. The Lorry Loader Crane courses and Slinger Signaller courses, certificated by ALLMI, cover a wide variety of hydraulic cranes, both manually and electronically operated. Try horse riding with the experienced volunteer staff at Cobbes Meadow Riding for the Disabled Centre. Candlers Way, Chartham, Canterbury CT4 7TU, UK 30th July & 6th August Sessions throughout the day from 10am The horse riding experience though the woods will last 45 minutes.(approx) There will also be games and activities provided for children before and after the ride. Entry Requirements For entry onto the NCC Education Level 3 International Foundation Diploma for Higher Education Studies (L3IFDHES) qualification students must have successfully completed secondary school education. Students must also meet the English language entry requirements of: • IELTS minimum score of 4.5 or above OR • GCE ‘O’ Level English D7 or above Alternatively, a student can take the free NCC Education Higher English Placement Test which is administered by our Accredited Partner Centre’s.

An intensive one-year programme that develops the writer’s original voice, embeds professional practice and enhances employability. At LFS you will gain expertise and experience that form the foundations of your professional screenwriting practice. You will forge relationships and develop networks that propel you into the film and television industries. MA Screenwriting focuses on the development of the individual screenwriter’s voice. You will be supported and challenged throughout your one year MA as you explore that voice through your screenwriting. You will work collaboratively within a diverse, international cohort and within the conservatoire atmosphere of LFS. The development of your feature screenplay, at the heart of your MA, is undertaken in small Feature Development Groups of 3 or 4 students, chaired by a tutor. Regular Group meetings are structured around the giving and receiving of feedback and the deep exploration of your feature project from initial idea through several draft screenplays. The ambition and variety of students’ screenplays reflect both the depth of their creativity and the breadth and diversity of their backgrounds and interests. In addition to your feature screenplay you will have opportunities to write short screenplays and to develop a television series idea.
