Come and find your 'tribe' and connect with like-minded EPs. W e will organise breakout rooms for small group chats, reflections and connection-building within the EP community. You might want to share some ideas with others, find out what others are up to, make connections and explore possible collaborations. Maybe you're feeling isolated (easy in this role!) and just fancy some EP company and connection. We will offer some prompts for your chats and do our best to reduce any awkwardness and make it fun and friendly!

This Reiki Level One course is for you if you have heard a lot about Reiki and are interested in learning more about Reiki and is an introductory course on how to use Reiki healing techniques.
This is where you begin and my online course will teach you all you need to know to get you started with using Reiki on yourself and it is very simple to learn and to use. It is a gentle hands-on healing technique, which uses healing energy to treat any physical or emotional concerns.
Reiki is a helpful self-development technique for anyone wanting to learn more about reiki and how to enjoy the benefits of a healing treatment.

I am a Reiki Master and teacher and I am one of the few traditionally trained Reiki Masters in the UK who have been trained by international best-selling Reiki author Penelope Quest. My teaching methods use traditional Reiki techniques perfected over many years and you can be assured of my support during and after your course.

Participants have consistently reported improvements in their wellbeing. &nbsp;Anyone who wants to learn new skills can join our programmes. &nbsp;No previous experience of papercrafting or mixed media work is needed.
