This qualification is valid for three years from the date of achievement. It is strongly recommended that the learner attends annual refresher training. The learner must complete the entire course again to re-qualify for a further three years. This workshop is based on the book 'Sleep Recovery' by Lisa Sanfilippo, we will work through the 5 steps towards recovering your rest by identifying your sleep type, dealing with sleep saboteurs and learning about the science of sleep.
