Nicola has also contributed to many complementary medicine books and articles, as well as appearing on television and radio. Nicola is registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and is the President of The British Reflexology Association. She is one of the most experienced reflexology practitioners in the UK.

As the surname was too long and we did not want it to become a nuisance, we decided to cut this down to half our name, and this is how Samaras was born!!. Our aim has always been to empower individuals to change their lives and communities through education and employment. We have steadily grown and now employ twelve experienced staff. The majority of our funding has been through the successful delivery of teaching contracts through Herefordshire Council. As of 1st January 2018 we are now also a Herefordshire Building Better Opportunities partner, a partnership managed by Landau which will last until December 2021. This is funded by The Big Lottery Fund and the European Social Fund and is to fund projects that tackle poverty and promote social inclusion.
