This course covers essential first aid for cyclists to give you the skills to be able to help yourself and others if involved in an accident. The course is designed as an introduction to basic first aid in a cycling environment. The course covers topics including head injuries, how to put someone into the recovery position, breaks, sprains and dislocations and so much more. The course consists of illustrated step by step directions, flow charts, diagrams, videos and test yourself sections fully compatible with all computers and mobile devices.
