Notes on the Wudang Taiji Sword Class Both the Monday 6.05pm class in Euston, and the Thursday 6.35pm class in Sevenoaks will be continuing the Wudang Taiji (Tai Chi) Sword. The set of movements falls into ‘Sections’ and we have only done Sections 1 & 2 (out of 6). If you’d like to join, we will be mainly working on the 2nd & 3rd Sections but will also constantly be revising Section 1. It’s therefore not too late to join. This uses the double-edged sword (‘jian’), and if you’d like to try the class out you are welcome to borrow a sword. We’ll be taking time in getting through the set of movements, and if you’ve never tried any weapon form before, this is a great one to try out to expand your repertoire. The Wudang Taiji Sword Form is a lively form with both slow and fast movements. This is a 13-week term.

As a list 5 BD Dressage judge I can help you with test riding for BD Intro, Prelim and Novice tests. I can help with BE 90, 100 & Novice tests. As I am training for list 4 I can also help you with Elementary BD and Intermediate BE The times listed are a general guide of my availability. Schools of Kung Fu (Harrow) is an Martial Arts club that strives to bring out the best in your kids through teaching proper Wing Chun Kung Fu and practical self defence.

Over the course of this weekend with classes running from 9am to 4pm each day we will develop the fundamental skills to take you into the the ancient Daosit process of Nei Gong using the tools of the Ji Ben Qi Gong set. This will be an intensive weekend that will transfer to you the knowledge and skills to begin a proper exploration of the internal arts and the transfomational journey of mind, body and soul it can take you on.  The course will run from 9am to 4pm each day and be taught by Jaemie, who is a recognised Qi Gong instructor under the banner of Lotus Nei Gong International and who has close to a decade of experience in the internal arts and over 30 years in the eastern arts in general.  We have a friendly and welcoming group training on a regular basis and you are more than welcome to join us for some practice.
