In this session we will use a simple breathing technique know as conscious connected breathing, this activates the nervous system and helps create new neural pathways in the brain. When we breathe in this pattern, we begin to enter into an altered state of consciousness which allows us to release stored emotions and trauma in both the physical and energetic body.  If your looking to release stress and create more space for joy, peace and love then these sessions are for you. They offer the opportunity to delve deeper into our own inner worlds with the support and connection of others.  PLEASE NOTE : For this FREE SESSION there will be a photographer present, who will be attending the class for the breathwork, but they will also capture some content for marketing purposes which is why this is a free class. Images will be taken with great discretion to allow you to drop into the process. We will take general shots of the room and breathers, there will be no close ups of anyone who would prefer not to be of focus, but if you are comfortable let us know. (By joining this session you agree to allow the images to be used in my advertising) If you would rather not be photographed please join a different group session.

Movement for Calmis an exercise-based workshop exploring yogic and muscle relaxation techniques from a range of practices. The aim is to release tension within the body. When we are stressed or anxious, we produce adrenaline, the 'fight' or 'flight' chemical response. Movement for Calm will help explore ways to restore balance to the chemical reactions produced in the body, loosening muscles and in turn calming both body and mind. This workshop has been developed for forward-thinking organisations wanting to make a real commitment to improving workplace wellbeing. This workshop will help participants identify areas of tension in the body, and learn exercises and movement-based sequences to release anxiety and stress caused by unnecessary muscle tension.
