The Combined Emergency First Aid at Work and Emergency Paediatric First Aid course has been specifically designed to avoid the duplication of topics encountered in attending separate Emergency First Aid at Work and Emergency Paediatric First Aid courses. It is tailored for those who work in environments that require both First Aiders and Peadiatric First Aiders, such as schools, sports clubs or childcare facilities. This streamlined approach maximises efficiency and saves time for those seeking both certifications.

The 3-hour Baby & Child First Aid class covers CPR, Choking, Bumps, Burns, Breaks, Bleeding, Febrile Seizures and Meningitis & Sepsis Awareness and will give everyone who attends the peace of mind they deserve.

Our First Aid At Work Requalification Course is intended for anybody who has previously completed a First Aid At Work Course and whose certification is about to expire. This training will refresh your understanding of first aid, whilst also giving you the confidence to respond appropriately in an emergency situation.

Immerse Medical are experienced at teaching first aid to young people within the educational sector. We have designed this workshop style programme specifically for those in KS3/4. The sessions are fun, engaging and focus on fundamental life saving skills. Using interactive gamification, students gain hands on experience, which they will draw upon in real life medical emergencies. These sessions are perfect as part of phase 2 of National Citizenship Service (NCS) and Duke of Edinburgh (DofE) Awards. Training by doctors, nurses and paramedics – We have years of experience working on the front line of emergency medicine; giving us real world knowledge and skills in managing injured or unwell people. First Aid Courses For Young People Programmes and sessions for young people focusing on how to keep each other safe and what to do if something goes wrong. Sessions are designed with age and national curriculum in mind, from 1 hour tasters to sessions for large groups, perfect as part of NCS and Duke of Edinburgh programmes. Our training for young people is fun, engaging and focuses on fundamental life saving skills.  All courses can be delivered at our training centre in Poole, Dorset or we can deliver on-site across Bournemouth, Poole, Dorset, Hampshire and the South of England.

First Aid at Work is a 3 day course 1 day is delivered on line. If you are already qualified just choose the 2 day option to requalify and you skip the online element. The course is suitable for people who work in high risk workplaces and covers the worst case scenarios and some of the more common minor stuff and goes on to cover common injuries and conditions a first aider might come accross. Initial training: 1 day online learning 2 days in the Splat classroom. Initial training is a BLENDED course meaning that 6 hours of work must be completed online BEFORE the start of the course. Without this completed online element delegates will not be able to attend training and places cannot be refunded. Registration for the online element will be sent separately when booking is complete. Requalifier: If you have a **current First Aid at Work Certificate** you need only attend the 2 classroom days. You can choose this option at booking. First Aid Training at Splat is relaxed and enjoyable. We aim to help you learn and support you to get what you need from the day. There are some practical and some multiple-choice assessments but our job is to ensure you have everything you need to pass these easily. Please note that First Aid can be quite physical, you will need to be able to kneel on the floor to perform CPR and Recovery Position. Please wear comfortable clothing you can move around in, and, if possible, please let us know ahead of time if there is anything we can do to help support you and your enjoyment of the day.
