We will be teaching some engaging and aligning dance methods as well as fun training games from the 'She Runs It!' team This short, circular walk is the perfect opportunity to connect, explore, strengthen, and enhance your well-being. Here's what you can expect: Beginner-Friendly: Ideal for beginners who may be unsure of their mileage capabilities or new to bodyweight exercises. We'll provide a supportive environment where you can comfortably complete the distance and learn the fundamentals of bodyweight training. Whether you're a beginner, getting back into training, or advanced, our walks cater to all fitness levels. Playfulness: Expect laughter, conversation, music, and a chance to embrace the joy of being active in nature while challenging yourself with fun exercise. Come along to improve your fitness, explore nature, and meet incredible individuals while incorporating new forms of training into your routine. Suitable for 18y+ (If you are under 18 and would like to attend, you must be accompanied by a responsible adult) SUNDAY 17TH MARCH 2024 This is a circular route starting and ending at Coulsdon South Station Meeting Point: Coulsdon South Railway Station, Brighton Rd, Coulsdon CR5 3EA (There is a car park on site) Meeting Time: 14:45pm (We do appreciate your punctuality as we are aiming to align our walk with the sunset) There are regular direct trains to Coulsdon South from London Victoria and London Bridge We will be starting the walk by 15:00pm Distance: 8KM // 4.9 Miles Duration: 3.5 hours (approx. 2 1/2 hours walking time) What to bring: - Water - Wear light layers of clothing - A light rucksack if you are carrying anything - Scarf (satin or similar, to put around your hips) - Please wear waterproof shoes/hiking boots (Remember to bring a spare pair of trainers to change into at the end of the session, in case it's muddy) Please note; - If you can no longer attend after you book, please cancel your space so somebody else can fill in. - If you have any injuries or suffer from any conditions that may affect you while training, please drop us an email and we will do our best to accommodate you. Whether starting from scratch or beginning again as an adult after regretting giving up at an earlier age (a most common scenario!), I'm confident you will find what you need here to have a most satisfying hobby or interest that can be done at any age and at any time.

The course is 3 hours. One item of Material is chosen at the beginning along with a design. Designs can come from imagination, books that are supplied for tracing or images from customers phones can also be chosen. This is then followed by a tutorial and then the customer is ready to go. Tea and coffee is offered free of charge. Customers take home their art work.

Come join us for a fun and creative session of discovering Blotted Line Monoprinting with Acrylic Ink – no drawing skills required. Monoprinting is a form of printmaking that has lines or images that can only be made once, unlike most printmaking, where there are multiple originals.

This course is over one full day. In the morning we will look in detail at tackling number skills beyond 10: ¨ Rote counting in 10s, 5s, 2s, teens and counting through decades up to 100 ¨ Recognising 2 and 3 digit numbers, place value and order ¨ Counting to find how many – beyond 10 ¨ Adding up and taking away – methods to succeed ¨ Fractions, multiplication, division and using calculators

Come join us for this tomato inspired fundraiser. An open-day style mini tomato fest, celebrating the diversity and deliciousness of one of our favourite crops - tomatoes. There will be two tours of the market garden during the day, seed saving demos, tomato tastings, food, a bar and more.  The morning tour will start at 12pm and the afternoon tour will start at 2:30pm so if you'd like to go on either of the tours, please make sure to arrive before whichever one you choose is set to begin. The day will run from 11am to 5pm. Feel free to come for as much of the day or as little as you like.  The purpose of the day is to invite anyone who enjoys the produce we grow, to come out to the farm and celebrate one of our favourite crops whilst getting a better sense of where your veg comes from and how and why we do what we do.  This is a fundraising event. All proceeds from the day will go towards the continuing work of our Community Food Project - which provides subsidised veg in the local area to anyone struggling to afford the food they need and want to eat. Donations on the day on top of ticket cost are very welcome.  Our friends at Trill Farm Garden are also holding a similar Tomato Fest on Sunday August 6th. Ticket booking for both events is separate.  Come join us in celebrating August in the market garden! - We don't want to exclude anyone from being able to join us for the day, so if the ticket price will be a barrier, please get in touch and we'll do what we can to offer subsidised or discounted tickets.  - Both cash and card accepted for lunch, bar, and anything else to purchase on the day.  - No dogs please, as there are cats and livestock etc on the farm.  We look forward to seeing you there. 

Our Cosmeti-Craft Workshops are a great way of learning a new skill and having some fun making your own cosmetics. Children from age 5 upwards can have fun learning about colours and smells while older children experience a more detailed tutorial on the uses and effects of cosmetic ingredients.
