Ines Santos is a Clinical Psychologist, specialist in trauma and complex trauma, with over 20 years of experience in the NHS, including working at the Traumatic Stress Service, Maudsley. Ines developed the EMDR Case Formulation Tool and has delivered several workshops on EMDR case formulation in treatment planning and target selection; as well as workshops on EMDR Advanced Techniques and EMDR Refresher workshops. Disciplined Agile Value Stream Consultant (DAVSC) Training Workshop: Virtual In-House Training The Disciplined Agile Value Stream Consultant workshop teaches you how to use value stream management to create a tailored approach for any organization to accelerate delivery of value to their customers. It provides a combination of Lean, Flow, Theory of Constraints and Organizational Development theories and practices. The workshop integrates with the Disciplined Agile tool kit to provide those practices that will be most effective for where it is applied, whether it be a new Agile transition or continuing a stagnated SAFe® or Spotify one.

If you prefer the convenience of learning from home, or live outside the UK, join our online hypnotherapy training. We welcome students from all over the world* and you can study at either Foundation or Practitioner levels. If you want to train during the week, our midweek class offers a blended option, including both online and in-person students. This involves attending for one full day, then thirty-eight half days (one per week in term time only).
