We both are fully qualified ASA Level 2 Swimming Teachers and hold the National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers.We still have a few spaces in some classes. Bobby had previously been working as a carpenter until the pandemic hit in 2020 and had since struggled to find employment. With a move to Wales and the realisation that he didn’t have the relevant paperwork to support his skills, Bobby’s self-esteem and motivation to find work had plummeted.The Community Impact Initiative C.I.C. (known as the Cii) is an award-winning social change organisation committed to the development, improvement, and sustainability of our communities.
