I'm a Mental Fitness Coach, Certified within Neuro Linguistic who alongside a team of incredible Coaches empowers Teachers and Teens with Mental Fitness Tools. We take awareness of Mental Health to a useful, empowering level, providing essential tools and education to progress happily in everyday life. Our approach is to Educate & Coach by virtual video & passionate in person training with authentic, and inspiring real content that can be applied the same day.

Some of our best childhood memories involve dance. From creating routines in the garden with friends, to proudly hanging certificates on the wall; from being mesmerized by the Flamenco dancers on holiday, to the excitement of getting new ballet or tap shoes... And of course there was dance class each Saturday and all that came with it - fun, friends, performances, new skills, achievements. Some years on, those children are now the teachers. Dance routines with friends in the garden are less common (although not completely unheard of!) and we hope to provide the kind of fond memories for our dancers that have always stayed with us. Dance for all Our philisophy is making dance accessible to all. If you’re looking for dance lessons in Eccleston/St Helens, you don't have to be the next Billy Elliot or Darcy Bussell to join us - a love of dance, music and a will to learn is all you need. In return, we promise you fun, inclusive and safe dance classes each week and additional events throughout the year. "Oris" is a Latin word meaning expression. You are feeling lost and overwhelmed enough, and you don't need others making it worse for you. On top of that, your parents seem like they don't care or understand how hard it is to deal with emotions, friend problems, or trying to fit in.  70% of mental and emotional problems can be prevented or reversed with the right knowledge and help. Unforged Coaching provides necessary resources the parents to be able to build meaningful relationships with their children while helping children to figure out who they are and what they want.

My pieces are formed intuitively and often with abstract representation. Elements of the local coast, wild estuary and working port often emerge, in particular the ever changing silvery estuary tide and rugged textures of the surrounding natural landscapes. Remembered fragments of my wandering travels, my playful inner child and a career working therapeutically with people are also key influences, often seen reflected in characters, metaphor and suggested emotion. I hand-build from slabbed and coiled clay, mostly white or black stoneware, fired to high temperatures. I often leave sections unglazed, or decorate with matte tactile finishes. I'm also licensed to hand-dig and process a limited amount of local wild clay which I use as a slip, a glaze addition and as a clay body on smaller items. I love working with this iron-rich red clay, very locally sourced, being harvested less than 100 metres from my studio!
