Before mindfulness entered my life I have been almost constantly judging myself for my actions and the desire for perfection was burning inside. It felt like I was in a constant race to achieve the goals I had set for myself without being able to recognise any of my achievements. Due to the pressure, I put myself under I wasn’t able to relax and enjoy myself in the same way as those around me. So when my corporate company launched the first Mindfulness training I hurried up to sign up… When I started practicing mindfulness, I shifted my attention to the present moment and fully tuned into myself. It helped me to open up in a non-judgemental way to the present moment; acknowledge my old thinking patterns and transform them into new and more powerful ones. I quickly became a mindfulness fanatic and started to train to delivering mindfulness training and coaching.

Between 1998-2002 I have studied and graduated Traditional Chinese Medicine (Acupuncture, Herbology and Tuina) in an incorporate study program between Reidman International College for Complementary and Integrative Medicine and Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) in China. During these 4 years of study I was privileged to be exposed to many different methods of healing and therapy and took additional classes outside the TCM frame. I’ve graduated Shiatsu therapy and practised daily Qi Gong and meditation. This is when I first experienced and immediately fell in love with Yoga. In 2012, 14 years into my Yoga practice of different styles, I decided that I'm ready to share my love for Yoga, and embarked on many different training: Vinyasa, Prana Flow, Teen Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Naada Yoga including Gong Mastery, Sound Energy Medicine and Kirtan leadership. I am now teaching my own style, a combination influenced by my many teachers and incorporating the full range of disciplines I studied over the years. My aim is to create a space where we can practice yoga in its many aspects and at any level. A place where one can focus on one’s Self and feel safe and capable to allow physical, emotional and spiritual growth.

About Me – CranioSacral Therapy, Energy Healing, Cacao Ceremonies & Vagus Nerve Regulation in London, UK I’m Steph Edwards — a holistic healer, bodyworker, and trauma-informed space holder based in the UK, devoted to guiding you into deeper healing, emotional balance, and spiritual connection. My journey began in 2012 in Singapore, Asia, where I trained in 2013 as a Reiki healer and became a Western Usui Reiki Master Teacher and Jikiden Reiki Practitioner. Reiki became the foundation that awakened my path — restoring joy, deepening my spiritual connection, and sparking a lifelong calling to help others heal. Over the years, my work has expanded to embrace a multipule of modailities, the main being CranioSacral Therapy, trauma-informed soft bodywork, and vagus nerve regulation techniques to help ease anxiety, release stress, and restore nervous system balance. I work intimately with Mother Nature’s heart-opening plant medicine — Ceremonial Cacao — facilitating powerful cacao ceremonies in London that blend meditation, breathwork, Sound and self-enquiry. This work has led me to remember the body’s deep connection to Mother Earth’s energy, and how we are sustained through the five elements — air, water, fire, wood, and etheric energy. These elements not only nourish our physical body but also weave us back into our natural state of wholeness and unity with all life. My calling is also to work closely with the vagus nerve, guiding others in gentle yet powerful techniques to regulate the nervous system, release trauma, and awaken the truth of who they really are. Whether you join me for CranioSacral Therapy sessions, energy healing, cacao ceremonies, or my Vagus Nerve Healing & Nervous System Regulation programs, each offering is a safe, nurturing space for you to release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your inner calm, vitality, and joy. She works closely with her spiritual guides to bring the body back into balance and assist in a person’s soul path and growth by drawing on her Akashic Record knowledge. Jarek Dzwigol is a powerful Gong and Reiki Master Teacher, Spiritual Healer, Angel Practitioner and an excellent Tarot Reader. Jarek is able to perceive energy fields surrounding the bodies of others, and can determine from the condition of the aura, the various issues which may be affecting the person. These issues may manifest as either spiritual, physical or mental in nature. By drawing on various methodologies, he is able to restore the aura, bringing great relief to the individual. Beata and Jarek are Soul Mates and they are blessed to share their similar passion and gifts with others. They have been playing gongs since 2012, but as they say, “The gongs play us”, with great relaxing and healing effect. This allow them to tailor each session to the needs attendees and one gong bath is never the same as another. They became Gong Master Teachers many years ago and they run they own Accredited Gong Player Training in Surrey.
