Join Mark on Thursday mornings to move, explore, and wake up to your true nature. Mark's classes are all about re-connecting the body and mind in order to find a sense of health, integration, freedom and kindness. Most of the time his classes are based around the seasons, since the Chinese energy system is very connected to the time of year and changing seasons.

Come along for some outdoor fun on Thursday 29th May at 10 am at Step Out Forest School - Evegate. Please make sure all people attending have old/waterproof clothing and wellies for playing in the mud and stream! Remember your drinks and snacks as well! NOTE - This session is being run on behalf of Includes Us Too but we will NOT have staff present on the day. A member of the Step Out team will be at the meeting point in the car park on the day and their mobile number will be sent over before the event.

The exhibition is taking place in the Scot-ART Gallery 1 on the 3rd floor of St Margaret’s House, 151 London Road, Edinburgh EH7 6AE from Saturday, 24 - Saturday, 31 May 2025 and is open from 11am-5pm each day. The exhibition is free to enter and you can find out more about our theme, who will be exhibiting, and opportunities to meet our creatives in person here. We will be exploring how creatives balance making art they love with art they earn a living from. This is where to book spaces for a Parent & Toddler Collaborative Weaving Drop-in with Lucy Wayman Drop in and join in on a weaving and knotting installation in the gallery. Materials provided, and participants will be encouraged to weave in ribbons, twines and ropes to a reclaimed fishing net, all ages welcome!

We are excited to offer one hour river cruise in Canterbury Time slots for the boat to be allocated in advance. Activities will be available while you wait to board.

Panna will write out your name, which you can copy, or decorate and colour in, helping with learning the shape of the letters.
