This is where to book spaces for a Mosaic making taster with Jacky from Mossy Mosaic Using materials including sea glass, pottery and vitreous tiles you will create your very own mosaic masterpiece! In this taster workshop there won’t be any tile cutting (come to a Mossy Mosaic workshop at Arienas to learn this skill!) Join us at the Arts & Spirituality Centre for an embodied-afternoon practice in support of our nervous system.  Through Om Mantra, Asana (posture) & Pranayama (Breathwork) we will help reduce anxiety in the body & encourage a healthy spine.
