Course Content:
Role and responsibilities of a first aid responder
Assessing an incident scene
Unresponsive casualties and CPR
AED (Automated External Defibrillator) awareness
Managing seizures
Choking emergencies
External bleeding control
Shock management
Burns and scalds
Minor injuries (cuts, bruises, splinters)
Certification:
Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a recognised FAW certificate valid for three years.
