An online gathering at the Soul Shed to journey into your inner world through forest story.
The clearing in the centre of the forest is a magical place of transformation and one where new contact can be made with the creatures and characters of our inner world.
If you are new to intuitive creativity, and The Soul Shed approach to exploring, know that you need no experience to participate in these sessions apart from in being you! Bring your curiosity and imagination, and the forest clearing will contain what you need, as a map and a mirror to learn about yourself in a gentle non-intrusive way.
Supported by the trees of the forest, we will find this space within and take our time here, meeting with achetypal characters like Red Riding Hood, Woodcutter, Wolf, Green man and woman, Rapunzel, Prince and Sleeping Beauty, discerning which of these beings wants to share their wisdom with each of us.
This is an opportunity to go into the world of forest story and to explore your intuitive creativity as a wisdom stream you can connect with through your embodied presence!

This experience is designed for adults.
People often find exploring their intuitive creativity relaxing and therapeutic, however it is not therapy, but rather a facilitated creative process. If you are experiencing mental distress or have been diagnised with a mental health condition then this would not be a good choice of course for you, as it requires you to be self-supporting. If you are in therapy already and well-advanced in your treatment, then this could be a beneficial complementary process to support your well-being.
