I appreciated that the training wasn't too long but it still packed information into the hour and Gemma provided a clear outline of what we would cover and then followed through with that.
This was my first-time course with Gemma. Gemma is engaging and I learnt a lot about conflict hooks. I expect to use some of the techniques Gemma described in my charity trustee role.
